Georgia offers a residence by investment program that allows non-Georgian nationals to obtain a 6 year renewable Georgian residence permit by investing a minimum of USD 300,000 (or equivalent) in qualifying real estate property in Georgia. The investment must be maintained for the duration of the residence permit.
