UAE Golden Visa - 10 Year Residency by Investment

The UAE Golden Visa is a long term residence visa that grants 10 year renewable residency in the United Arab Emirates to investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, outstanding students, and individuals of exceptional talent. Qualifying real estate investors must have made an investment of at least AED 2 million in UAE real estate, with the full investment amount required to be paid (not mortgaged). Entrepreneurs who own a startup valued at USD 500,000 or above, who have received approval from a business incubator in the UAE, or who have an approved project with a minimum capital of AED 500,000 may also qualify through the entrepreneurship route.

The UAE Golden Visa allows holders to sponsor their spouse, children, and a domestic worker, and to enter and exit the UAE freely without requiring a UAE national sponsor, eliminating a major bureaucratic challenge previously associated with long term UAE residency. Golden Visa holders can establish and manage a company in the UAE with 100% foreign ownership under federal company law or in a UAE free zone. The UAE imposes no personal income tax, no capital gains tax on personal investments, and no inheritance tax, making it a highly attractive residency option for internationally mobile high net worth individuals seeking both lifestyle and tax efficiency.

10 Year Renewable Visa

No Sponsor Required
